I have an ipod chromatic Green some time ago, I noticed the click wheel is slightly loose, not a major problem, but I like stuff prefect, so I’m angry about this and I wonder if c is broken more, Will Apple gimme a new one?

I recently upgraded to Apple’s iPhone 1st gen (not 3G) and I wonder if you can actually have songs as ringtones? If yes, how do you do? Did you buy them from iTunes? FYI – this is an unlocked phone on TMobile network.
